New Clients?

New clients can call or email our office at (317) 696-6031, or jeff@heinzmannlaw.com. We will discuss matters briefly to determine whether Heinzmann Law Office can be of service, or if we need to meet for a more detailed consultation.

Some of our Previous Clients:

    • Purdue University - We represented Purdue University in a challenge to a trust that named Purdue as a beneficiary.

    • Indiana Economic Development Corporation - We represented the IEDC (Indiana's Department of Commerce), in responding to a large media inquiry under the Indiana Access to Public Records Act.

    • Beth Neff - We defended Beth, then the Yorktown Clerk-Treasurer, in an action to impeach her under Indiana's Removal Statute. We took the case from a successful trial through a reversal on appeal all the way to the Indiana Supreme Court, which unanimously reinstated the trial court's judgment. State v. Neff, 117 N.E.3d 1263 (Ind. 2019).

    • Geist Conservancy District Remonstrators - We represented landowners within a proposed new taxing district around Geist Reservoir, securing dismissal of the action due to legal insufficiencies we identified in the petition to establish the district.
